The road has a total length of 96.48 kilometers, stretching from Neak Loeung — at the intersection with National Road No. 1 in Prey Veng Province — to Thnal Totueng — at the intersection with National Road No. 7 in Tboung Khmum Province. National Road No. 11 has been providing significant benefits to both the national economy and household economies by facilitating transportation, logistics, passenger travel, and tourism, as well as the transport of agricultural products and various agro-industrial crops produced by citizens and businesses to domestic and international markets more efficiently, quickly, and at lower cost.
