ជប៉ុន តាមរយៈ JICA គាំទ្រកម្ពុជា ក្នុងគម្រោងអភិវឌ្ឍផែនទីនាវាចរណ៍ ដើម្បីជម្រុញសុវត្ថិភាព ការដឹកជញ្ជូនតាមផ្លូវសមុទ្រ បង្កើនសុវត្ថិភាពនាវាចរណ៍ និងទំនុកចិត្តផ្លូវទឹកកម្ពុជា កាលពីថ្ងៃទី ២កក្កដាឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ឯ. អៀង វ៉េងស៊ុន រដ្ឋលេខាធិការ ក្រសួងសាធារណការ បានអញ្ជើញចុះហត្ថលេខាលើ កំណត់ហេតុនៃកិច្ចប្រជុំ ក្រោមគម្រោងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍សមត្ថភាពក្នុងការផលិត ការធ្វើបច្ចុប្បន្នភាព និងការចែកចាយផែនទីនាវាចរណ៍អេឡិចត្រូនិក សម្រាប់ធានា និងបង្កើនសុវត្ថិភាព ការធ្វើនាវាចរណ៍នៅកម្ពុជា ជាមួយលោកស្រី MIURA Yoshiko តំណាងជាន់ខ្ពស់ នៃ JICA ប្រចាំនៅកម្ពុជា។ គួរឲ្យដឹងដែរថា គម្រោងខាងលើនេះ ស្ថិតក្រោមកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការ និងជំនួយហិរញ្ញប្បទានពីរដ្ឋាភិបាលជប៉ុន តាមរយៈទីភ្នាក់ងារសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិជប៉ុន JICA ក្នុងគោលបំណង អភិវឌ្ឍការដឹកជញ្ជូនតាមផ្លូវសមុទ្រ សម្របសម្រួលសុវត្ថិភាពនាវាចរណ៍ និងបង្កើនទំនុកចិត្ត ក្នុងការប្រើប្រាស់ផ្លូវទឹកកម្ពុជា ជាពិសេសនៅ តំបន់កំពង់ផែស្វយ័តក្រុងព្រះសីហនុ និងតំបន់ជុំវិញ។ គម្រោងនេះ នឹងត្រូវអនុវត្តរយៈពេល៤ឆ្នាំ ចាប់ពីឆ្នាំ២០២៧ ដល់ឆ្នាំ២០៣០ បន្ទាប់ពីកម្ពុជា ទទួលបាននាវាវាស់ស្ទង់ជលធារសាស្រ្ត នៅចុងឆ្នាំ២០២៦ នេះ។ Japan, Through JICA, Supports Cambodia's Electronic Nautical Chart Development Project to Enhance Maritime Transport Safety and Strengthen Confidence in Cambodia's Waterways On 2 July 2026, H.E. Ieng Vengsun, Secretary of State at the Ministry of Public Works and Transport, signed the Record of Discussions (RoD) for the Project for Capacity Development in the Production, Updating, and Distribution of Electronic Nautical Charts (ENCs) to ensure and enhance the safety of navigation in Cambodia. The agreement was signed with Ms. MIURA Yoshiko, Senior Representative of the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) in Cambodia. The project is being implemented under the framework of bilateral cooperation and financial assistance from the Government of Japan, through JICA. Its primary objective is to strengthen Cambodia's maritime transport system by improving navigational safety and increasing confidence in the use of the country's waterways, particularly in and around the Autonomous Port of Sihanoukville. The four-year project is scheduled to run from 2027 to 2030, following Cambodia's expected receipt of a hydrographic survey vessel at the end of 2026. The vessel will support the production, updating, and distribution of accurate electronic nautical charts, contributing to safer and more efficient maritime navigation.
