កម្ពុជា ពិភាក្សាផ្លាស់ប្តូរយោបល់ជាមួយ ជប៉ុន ត្រៀមដាក់រៀបចំអនុវត្ត គម្រោងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ផែនការមេ ដើម្បីប្រែក្លាយកំពង់ផែក្រុងព្រះសីហនុ ឱ្យក្លាយទៅជាកំពង់ផែ និងមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលឡូជីស្ទីកថ្នាក់តំបន់! កិច្ចប្រជុំមួយត្រូវបានធ្វើឡើង នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី ២៩មករាឆ្នាំ២០២៦ រវាង លោកជំទាវ កុយ សុដានី រដ្ឋលេខាធិការប្រចាំការ ក្រសួងសាធារណការ និងដឹកជញ្ជូន ជាមួយនឹង លោក KAWABE RYOICHI ប្រធាននាយកដ្ឋានគ្រប់គ្រងហេដ្ឋារចនាសម្ព័ន្ធ នៃទីស្នាក់ការកណ្តាលទីភ្នាក់ងារសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិ នៃប្រទេសជប៉ុន (JICA Headquarter) និងមានការចូលរួមពីមន្ត្រី ក្រុមជំនាញការ និងភាគីពាក់ព័ន្ធទាំងអស់។ ជំនួបនៃកិច្ចប្រជុំពិភាក្សានេះ ត្រូវបានរៀបចំឡើងក្នុងគោលបំណង ដើម្បីពិភាក្សាផ្លាស់ប្តូរយោបល់ លើការរៀបចំអនុវត្ត គម្រោងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ផែនការមេ ដើម្បីប្រែក្លាយ កំពង់ផែក្រុងព្រះសីហនុ ឱ្យក្លាយទៅជាកំពង់ផែ និងមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលឡូជីស្ទីកថ្នាក់តំបន់ និងការត្រៀមរៀបចំកិច្ចប្រជុំគណៈកម្មាធិការសម្របសម្រួលរួមលើកទី១ (1st JCC)។ លោកជំទាវ រដ្ឋលេខាធិការ ក៏បានគូសបញ្ជាក់ ឲ្យដឹងដែរថា ក្រសួងសាធារណការ និងដឹកជញ្ជូន ត្រៀមខ្លួនរួចជាស្រេច ក្នុងការប្តេជ្ញាចូលរួមចំណែក ធ្វើយ៉ាងណាឱ្យការសិក្សារបស់គម្រោងខាងលើនេះ មានភាពគ្រប់ជ្រុងជ្រោយ ច្បាស់លាស់ ត្រឹមត្រូវស្របតាមលក្ខណៈបច្ចេកទេស និងតម្រូវការ នៃការវិវត្តន៍នៃសង្គម-សេដ្ឋកិច្ចកម្ពុជា និងពិភពលោក ផងដែរ។ Cambodia holds discussions and exchanges views with Japan to prepare for the implementation of a master plan development project aimed at transforming the Sihanoukville Port into a regional port and logistics hub. A meeting was held on the morning of January 29, 2026, between H.E. KOY Sodany, Permanent Secretary of State at the Ministry of Public Works and Transport, and Mr. Kawabe Ryoichi, Director of Infrastructure Management at the Headquarters of the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), with the participation of officials, experts, and relevant stakeholders. The meeting was organized with the objective of discussing and exchanging views on the preparation for implementing the master plan development project to transform the Sihanoukville Port into a regional port and logistics center, as well as preparations for convening the first Joint Coordinating Committee (1st JCC) meeting. H.E. the Secretary of State also emphasized that the Ministry of Public Works and Transport is fully prepared to commit its efforts to ensuring that the study of this project is comprehensive, clear, and accurate, in line with technical standards and the evolving socio-economic development needs of Cambodia and the global context.
