កំណាត់ផ្លូវជាតិលេខ ១០ មានប្រវែងជាង ១៩៧គីឡូម៉ែត្រ គិតចាប់ពីស្រុកសំឡូត ខេត្តបាត់ដំបង ឆ្លងកាត់ ខេត្តពោធិ៍សាត់ ក្នុងភូមិសាស្ត្រឃុំប្រមោយ និងឃុំអូរសោម ស្រុកវាលវែង រហូតដល់ក្រុងខេមរភូមិន្ទ ខេត្តកោះកុង។ ផ្លូវជាតិតភ្ជាប់ខេត្តពាយ័ព្យ ទៅកាន់ខេត្តភាគនិរតី នៃប្រទេសកម្ពុជា មួយខ្សែនេះ បានឆ្លងកាត់តំបន់ភ្នំខ្ពស់ទាប ជ្រោះជ្រងជ្រលងដងអូរស្ទឹង ព្រៃប្រឹក្សាខ្ពស់ទាបដ៏ខៀវស្រងាត់ ព្រមជាមួយគ្នានេះ ក៏មានស្ពានដែលខ្ពស់ជាងគេ ភ្ជាប់កំពូលភ្នំ ពីម្ខាងទៅម្ខាង បង្កេីតបានផ្ទាំងទស្សនីយភាពធម្មជាតិ កាន់តែទាក់ទាញ សម្រាប់អ្នកដំណើរ និងភ្ញៀវទេសចរ។ ផ្លូវជាតិលេខ ១០ ក៏នឹងក្លាយជាចរន្តបម្រេីដល់ សេដ្ឋកិច្ចខេត្តទាំងពីរផង និងជាប្រភពនៃការតភ្ជាប់ តាមបណ្តាទិសទេសចរណ៍ផង ដែលនឹងក្លាយជាជម្រេីសបន្ថែម សម្រាប់អ្នកទេសចរ ក្នុងការធ្វេីដំណេីរកម្សាន្ត នៃខេត្តព្រៃភ្នំ និងខេត្តសមុទ្រ។ នេះជាការបំពេញយ៉ាងសំខាន់ នៃយុទ្ធសាស្ត្របញ្ចកោណរបស់ រាជរដ្ឋភិបាលនីតិកាលទី៧ សម្តៅពង្រឹងសរសៃឈាមសេដ្ឋកិច្ច បង្កេីនចរន្តដឹកជញ្ជូន បង្កេីតឱកាសសម្រាប់អ្នកវិនិយោគ និងប្រជាជន។ The section of National Road No. 10 stretches over 197 kilometers, starting from Samlot District in Battambang Province, passing through Pursat Province in the Pramoy and Ou Saom communes of Veal Veang District, and extending all the way to Khemarak Phumin City in Koh Kong Province. This national road, which connects Northwest Province to the Southwest provinces of Cambodia, traverses low and high mountainous areas, ravines, streams, and lush green lowland forests. Along the route, there are also some of the highest bridges, linking mountain peaks from one side to the other, creating natural scenic viewpoints that are especially attractive for travelers and tourists. National Road No. 10 is also expected to boost the economy of both provinces it passes through and serve as a key route for tourism, providing additional opportunities for visitors to explore the mountainous and coastal provinces.
