នៅថ្ងៃទី១៥ ខែវិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ២០១៩ ឯកឧត្តម ស៊ុន ចាន់ថុល ទេសរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី រដ្ឋមន្រ្តីក្រសួង សាធារណការ និងដឹកជញ្ជូន បានអញ្ជើញចូលរួមកិច្ចប្រជុំរដ្ឋមន្រ្តីដឹកជញ្ជូនអាស៊ាន-កូរ៉េ លើកទី១០ នៅទីក្រុងហាណូយ ប្រទេសវៀតណាម។ ឯកឧត្តម Nguyen Van The រដ្ឋមន្រ្តីដឹកជញ្ជូនវៀតណាម និងឯកឧត្តម Keechoo Choi ប្រធានគណៈកម្មការដឹកជញ្ជូនក្នុងទីក្រុង នៃក្រសួងដែនដី, ហេដ្ឋារចនាសម្ព័ន្ធ និងដឹកជញ្ជូនកូរ៉េ ជាសហប្រធានដឹកនាំកិច្ចប្រជុំ។ រដ្ឋមន្ដ្រីបានស្វាគមន៍ចំពោះលទ្ធផលប្រកបដោយជោគជ័យ នៃវេទិកាកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការដឹកជញ្ជូនអាស៊ាន-កូរ៉េលើកទី១០ ដែលបានប្រារព្ធធ្វើនៅថ្ងៃទី២៣-២៥ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០១៩ នៅទីក្រុងសេអ៊ូល ប្រទេសកូរ៉េ និងការអនុវត្តសកម្មភាពបណ្តុះបណ្តាលដូខាងក្រោម៖ ក.កម្មវិធីបណ្តុះបណ្តាលអាជីព ស្តីពីគោលនយោបាយផ្លូវដែក និងសុវត្ថិភាព ខ.កម្មវិធីបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាលអាជីព ស្តីពីគោលនយោបាយភស្តុភារកម្ម និងប្រតិបត្តិការ គ.កម្មវិធីបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាលអាជីព ស្តីពីប្រព័ន្ធដឹកជញ្ជូនក្នុងក្រុងប្រកបដោយចីរភាព និង ឃ.កម្មវិធីបណ្តុះបណ្តាលអាជីព ស្តីពីអាស្សាមិករណ៍ សំណង និងវាយតម្លៃដីធ្លី។ រដ្ឋមន្រ្តីបានសម្តែងនូវសេចក្តីរីករាយចំពោះវឌ្ឍនភាពគួរឱ្យកត់សម្គាល់នៅក្នុងគម្រោងសាកល្បង ស្តីពីប្រតិបត្តិការទីផ្សារដឹកជញ្ជូនទំនិញតាមនាវាអាស៊ានតែមួយ ដែលរួមបញ្ចូលទាំងការវិភាគលើថ្លៃដើម និងអត្ថប្រយោជន៍នៃដំណើរការរៀបចំឯកសារនាវា នៅកំពង់ផែសាកល្បងក្នុងអាស៊ាន ដើម្បីអនុលោមតាមស្តង់ដារ និងតម្រូវការអន្តរជាតិ។ រដ្ឋមន្រ្តីបានកោតសរសើរចំពោះការបញ្ចប់អត្ថបទ នៃកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងសេវាកម្មដឹកជញ្ជូនតាមផ្លូវអាកាសអាស៊ាន-កូរ៉េ និងបានលើកទឹកចិត្តឧត្តមមន្រ្តី និងក្រុមការងារពាក់ព័ន្ធ ឱ្យធ្វើការយ៉ាងសកម្មដើម្បីបញ្ចប់កិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងខាងលើ ដោយរួមបញ្ចូលការផ្លាស់ប្តូរសិទ្ធិចរាចរណ៍ហោះហើរកាន់តែសេរី និងផ្តល់អត្ថប្រយោជន៍ឱ្យគ្នាទៅវិញទៅមក។ --- On 15 November 2019, H. E. Mr. SUN Chanthol, Senior Minister and Minister of Public Works and Transport of Cambodia attended the Tenth ASEAN and Republic of Korea Transport Ministers Meeting in Hanoi, Viet Nam. The Meeting was co-chaired by H.E. Mr. Nguyen Van The, Minister of Transport of Viet Nam and H.E. Dr. Keechoo Choi, Chairman of Metropolitan Transport Commission, Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, Republic of Korea. The Ministers welcomed the successful outcomes of 10th ASEAN-ROK Transport Cooperation Forum which was held on 23-25 July 2019 in Seoul, and the implementation of the following capacity building activities: (a) Professional Training Program on Railway Policy and Safety; (b) Professional Training Program on Logistics Policy and Operation; (c) Professional Training Program on Sustainable Urban Transportation; (d) Professional Training Program on Land Expropriation, Compensation and Appraisal. The Ministers were pleased with the notable progress in the Pilot Project on the ASEAN Single Shipping Market (ASSM) Operationalisation, which would include analysis on the cost and benefit of ship clearance documentation process in the pilot ports in ASEAN to comply with international standard and requirements. The Ministers lauded the finalisation of the text of ASEAN-ROK Air Services Agreement (AK-ASA) and encouraged the senior officials and the relevant working group to work toward early conclusion of the said agreement including a more liberal and mutually beneficial traffic rights exchange.
