ថ្ងៃអង្គារ ២រោច ខែបុស្ស ឆ្នាំច សំរឹទ្ធិស័ក ព.ស.២៥៦២ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី២២ ខែមករា ឆ្នាំ២០១៩ ឯកឧត្តម ហេង រត្នពិសិដ្ឋ អគ្គនាយកនៃអគ្គនាយកដ្ឋានសាធារណការ នៃក្រសួងសាធារណការ និងដឹកជញ្ជូន និង លោកTanaka Kotaro អនុប្រធានការិយាល័យទីភ្នាក់ងារJICAប្រចាំនៅកម្ពុជា បានធ្វើជាសហប្រធាន ដឹកនាំកិច្ចប្រជុំរបស់អនុគណៈកម្មការក្រុមការងារបច្ចេកទេសស្តីពីទឹកកខ្វក់ និងអនាម័យក្នុងទីក្រុង ដោយ មានការចូលរួមពីមន្រ្តីជាន់ខ្ពស់ក្រសួង ស្ថាប័ន/ក្រសួងពាក់ព័ន្ធ និងដៃគូអភិវឌ្ឍន៍។ កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះផ្តោតជាសំខាន់លើផែនការនាពេលបច្ចុប្បន្ន និងអនាគត ទាក់ទងនឹងការគ្រប់គ្រងទឹកកខ្វក់ នៅកម្ពុជា ការផ្គត់ផ្គង់ទឹក និងអនាម័យក្រោមគម្រោងធនាគារអភិវឌ្ឍន៍អាស៊ី និងការធ្វើបច្ចុប្បន្នភាពពី ដៃគូអភិវឌ្ឍន៍នានាដូចជា៖ ADB, AFD, EDCF, GGGI, GRET, KOICA និង WATER AID។ ថ្លែងនៅក្នុងសុន្ទរកថានាឱកាសនោះដែរ ឯកឧត្តម អគ្គនាយក បានគូសបញ្ជាក់នូវការប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តរបស់ រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជាក្នុងការធ្វើឱ្យប្រសើរឡើងនូវក្របខ័ណ្ឌស្ថាប័ននិងច្បាប់ ដើម្បីលើកកម្ពស់ការគ្រប់ គ្រងអនាម័យ និងការគ្រប់គ្រងទឹកកខ្វក់ប្រកបដោយប្រសិទ្ធភាព និងនិរន្តរភាព។ Meeting of the Sub-Technical Working Group on Urban Wastewater and Sanitation —- On January 22, 2019, H.E Heng Rathpiseth, Director General of the General Directorate of Public Works, Ministry of Public Works and Transport, and Mr. Tanaka Kotaro, Deputy Chief of JICA’s Cambodia Office, co-chaired a meeting of the Sub-Technical Working Group on Urban Wastewater and Sanitation, with the participation of senior officials from the Ministry, line ministries and development partners. The meeting focused on the current and future plans regarding wastewater management in Cambodia, water supply and sanitation under the Asia Development Bank scheme, and updates from development partners including ADB, AFD, EDCF, GGGI, GRET, KOICA, and WATER AID. In his remarks, H.E Heng Rathpiseth highlighted the Royal Government of Cambodia’s commitment to improving the institutional framework and laws that promote effective and sustainable sanitation and wastewater management.
