កម្ពុជា-ជប៉ុន រួមគ្នាពិនិត្យនូវរបាយការណ៍ស្រាវជ្រាវបឋម ស្តីពី ការរៀបចំ កែលម្អ និងធ្វើឲ្យប្រសើរឡើង លើវិស័យផ្លូវដែក នៅកម្ពុជា កាលពីថ្ងៃទី ៩កុម្ភៈឆ្នាំ២០២៦ លោកជំទាវ កុយ សុដានី រដ្ឋលេខាធិការប្រចាំការ នៃក្រសួងសាធារណការ និងដឹកជញ្ជូន បានអញ្ជើញជាសហអធិបតី ជាមួយនឹងតំណាងក្រសួងដែនដី ហេដ្ឋារចនាសម្ព័ន្ធ ដឹកជញ្ជូន និងទេសចរណ៍ជប៉ុន (MLIT) បើកកិច្ចប្រជុំស្តីពី ការធ្វើឲ្យប្រសើរឡើងនៃវិស័យផ្លូវដែកនៅកម្ពុជា ដែលមានការចូលរួមពីតំណាងស្ថាប័នរដ្ឋ និងក្រុមហ៊ុនឯកជន របស់ជប៉ុនផងដែរ។ ក្នុងកិច្ចប្រជុំនោះ បានធ្វើការពិនិត្យពិភាក្សា កម្រិតថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំរវាង ក្រសួងសាធារណការ និងដឹកជញ្ជូន និង តំណាងក្រសួងដែនដី ហេដ្ឋារចនាសម្ព័ន្ធ ដឹកជញ្ជូន និងទេសចរណ៍ជប៉ុន (MLIT) និងអ្នកជំនាញដែលពាក់ព័ន្ធ លើរបាយការណ៍បឋម នៃការសិក្សាស្រាវជ្រាវ ពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងការកែលម្អ និងធ្វើឱ្យប្រសើរឡើងនៃ វិស័យផ្លូវដែកនៅកម្ពុជា និងប្រមូលនូវធាតុចូលបន្ថែម ធ្វើយ៉ាងណាធានាឱ្យបានថា កិច្ចការនេះ មានភាពច្បាស់លាស់ និងគ្រប់ជ្រុងជ្រោយ មុនចេញ របាយការណ៍ផ្លូវការចុងក្រោយ។ សហប្រធានកិច្ចប្រជុំទាំងពីរ ក៏បានថ្លែងអំណរគុណ ដល់អ្នកដែលពាក់ព័ន្ធទាំងអស់ ដែលបានចូលរួមសហការក្នុងការជម្រុញ និងការស្វះស្វែង ធ្វើយ៉ាងណាឱ្យ ការអនុវត្តការងារនេះសម្រេចបានជា លទ្ធផលល្អ និងបន្តកិច្ចសហការ ជាមួយក្រុមការងារទាំងអស់បន្ថែមទៀត ដើម្បីជម្រុញ ឱ្យការសិក្សាស្រាវជ្រាវទទួលបានជោគជ័យ។ Cambodia–Japan Jointly Review Preliminary Research Report on the Development, Improvement, and Enhancement of Cambodia’s Railway Sector On February 9, 2026, H.E. KOY Sodany, Secretary of State at the Ministry of Public Works and Transport, co-chaired a meeting with representatives of Japan’s Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (MLIT) to officially open discussions on the improvement of Cambodia’s railway sector. The meeting was also attended by representatives from Japanese government agencies and private companies. During the meeting, senior leaders from the Ministry of Public Works and Transport and representatives from Japan’s MLIT, along with relevant experts, reviewed and discussed the preliminary research report concerning the development, improvement, and enhancement of Cambodia’s railway sector. Additional inputs were gathered to ensure the work is clear and comprehensive before the release of the final official report. The co-chairs of the meeting expressed their appreciation to all stakeholders involved for their cooperation and efforts in advancing this initiative, and reaffirmed their commitment to continued collaboration to ensure the successful completion of the study.
