កម្ពុជា នឹងបញ្ចូល "បច្ចេកវិទ្យាជប៉ុន" ដើម្បីឆ្លើយតបនឹងតម្រូវការជាក់ស្តែង លើការអភិវឌ្ឍហេដ្ឋារចនាសម្ព័ន្ធផ្លូវថ្នល់ ប្រកបដោយចីរភាព ក្នុងប្រទេស! សិក្ខាសាលាមួយ ត្រូវបានរៀបចំឡើង កាលពីថ្ងៃទី ២៨មករាឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ដែលមានការចូលរួមជាអធិបតីដោយ លោក ឈឹម ផល្លា ប្រធាននាយកដ្ឋានផ្លូវថ្នល់ ស្តីពី ការប្រើប្រាស់បច្ចេកវិទ្យាជប៉ុន ដើម្បីអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ហេដ្ឋារចនាសម្ព័ន្ធផ្លូវថ្នល់ ប្រកបដោយចីរភាពនៅកម្ពុជា ដែលរៀបចំឡើងដោយ ក្រសួងដែនដី ហេដ្ឋារចនាសម្ព័ន្ធ ដឹកជញ្ជូន និងទេសចរណ៍ជប៉ុន ស្ថានទូតជប៉ុនប្រចាំកម្ពុជា អង្គភាពក្រោមក្រសួងសាធារណការ និងអង្គភាពពាក់ព័ន្ធដទៃផ្សេងទៀត។ គូសសម្គាល់ផងថា សិក្ខាសាលាដ៏មានសារៈសំខាន់នេះ ផ្តោតលើការបង្កើត បច្ចេកវិទ្យារួមគ្នា មិនមែនត្រឹមតែ ការផ្ទេរបច្ចេកវិទ្យាតែម្យ៉ាងទេ តែបានបញ្ចូល បច្ចេកវិទ្យាជប៉ុន ជាមួយនឹងតម្រូវការរបស់កម្ពុជា លក្ខខណ្ឌមូលដ្ឋាន និងការអភិវឌ្ឍធនធានមនុស្ស ព្រមទាំងអាចបង្កើតដំណោះស្រាយ ដែលអាចអនុវត្តបានជាក់ស្តែង ប្រកបដោយចីរភាព។ Cambodia to Integrate “Japanese Technology” to Meet Practical Needs for Sustainable Road Infrastructure Development A seminar was held on January 28, 2026, presided over by Mr. CHHIM Phalla, Director General of the Department of Roads, focusing on the use of Japanese technology for the sustainable development of road infrastructure in Cambodia. The seminar was jointly organized by Japan’s Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (MLIT), the Embassy of Japan in Cambodia, relevant departments under the Ministry of Public Works and Transport, and other related institutions. It is worth noting that this important seminar emphasized the co-creation of technology, rather than mere technology transfer. It aimed to integrate Japanese technology with Cambodia’s actual needs, local conditions, and human resource development, in order to create practical and sustainable solutions that can be effectively implemented.
