គិតមកដល់ ពាក់កណ្តាលខែវិច្ឆិកាឆ្នាំ២០២៥ គម្រោងពង្រីក និងលើកកម្រិតផ្លូវជាតិលេខ៧ ជាបួនគន្លង (ស្គន់-កំពង់ចាម) សម្រេចវឌ្ឍនភាពការងារ បានចំនួន ៧០% ហើយ! គម្រោងពង្រីក និងលើកកម្រិតផ្លូវជាតិលេខ៧ ជាបួនគន្លង (ស្គន់-កំពង់ចាម) ប្រវែង ៤៥,៥០៤គីឡូម៉ែត្រ (PK000+000 – PK45+502.84) ចាប់ផ្តើមពីស្រុកជើងព្រៃ ខេត្តកំពង់ចាម រហូតដល់ ក្រុងកំពង់ចាម ខេត្តកំពង់ចាម កំពុងលេចចេញវឌ្ឍនភាព យ៉ាងឆាប់រហ័ស ដោយបច្ចុប្បន្នការដ្ឋានកំពុងសម្រុក បន្ទាប់ពីភ្លៀងបានថមថយ និងបើគិតមកដល់ពាក់ណ្តាលខែវិច្ឆិកានេះ សម្រេចការងារ បានចំនួន ៧០% ហើយ។ បើសិនជាផ្អែកលើល្បឿននៃសកម្មភាពការដ្ឋាន គម្រោងនេះ អាចបញ្ចប់នៅអំឡុងឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ខាងមុខ ដែលមានន័យថា លឿនជាងផែនការក្នុងគម្រោង។ គួរឲ្យដឹងផងថា គម្រោងពង្រីក និងលើកកម្រិតផ្លូវជាតិលេខ៧ ត្រូវធ្វើឡើងជាប្រភេទAC (Asphalt concrete) កម្រាស់ ៩សង់ទីម៉ែត្រ ទទឹងផ្លូវ ២៤,៥ម៉ែត្ រ(៤គន្លង) ដោយត្រូវសាងសង់ស្ពានថ្មីតូច-ធំ ចំនួន៨ (ស្មើនឹងប្រវែងសរុប ១៥៦ម៉ែត្រ), ជួសជុលស្ពានតូច-ធំ(ចាស់) ចំនួន៧ស្ពាន (ស្មើប្រវែងសរុប ១១៦ម៉ែត្រ), លូរំដោះទឹកភ្លៀង, លូរំដោះទឹកកខ្វក់ និងជាបរិក្ខាចរាចរណ៍នានា។ ផ្លូវជាតិលេខ៧ គឺជាខ្សែផ្លូវតភ្ជាប់ជាមួយផ្លូវជាតិលេខ៦ ពីរង្វង់មូលស្គន់ ឆ្ពោះទៅទិសដៅរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ និងជាទិសដៅ ទៅខេត្តកំពង់ធំ សៀមរាប ជាដើម និងតភ្ជាប់ទៅតាមបណ្ដាញផ្លូវសំខាន់ៗផ្សេងៗទៀត។ ខ្សែផ្លូវនេះ មានសារៈសំខាន់ណាស់ ហើយវាក៏ជាសរសៃឈាមសេដ្ឋកិច្ចដ៏មានសក្ដានុពល ដើម្បីជួយសម្រួលការធ្វើដំណើរ ការដឹកជញ្ជូនផលិតផលកសិកម្ម កសិឧស្សាហកម្ម ព្រមទាំងលើកកម្ពស់ ការអភិវឌ្ឍ និងសកម្មភាពសេដ្ឋកិច្ច-សង្គមជាតិ ផងដែរ។ As of mid-November 2025, the project to expand and upgrade National Road No. 7 into a four-lane highway (Skun–Kampong Cham) has reached 70% completion! The National Road No. 7 expansion and upgrade project into a four-lane highway (Skun–Kampong Cham), with a total length of 45.504 km (PK000+000 – PK45+502.84), starts from Cheung Prey District, Kampong Cham Province, and extends to Kampong Cham City, Kampong Cham Province. The project is progressing rapidly. Currently, construction sites are clearing after the rainfall, and as of mid-November, 70% of the work has been completed. Based on the current construction pace, the project could be completed in 2026, meaning it is ahead of the original schedule. It is worth noting that the National Road No. 7 expansion and upgrade project is being constructed with 9 cm thick asphalt concrete (AC), a road width of 24.5 meters (4 lanes). The project includes the construction of 8 new small and large bridges (total length 156 meters), the repair of 7 existing bridges (total length 116 meters), drainage systems for rainwater and wastewater, and other traffic-related infrastructure. National Road No. 7 connects with National Road No. 6 from Skun Roundabout toward Phnom Penh and toward Kampong Thom and Siem Reap provinces, among other major roads. This road is highly significant as it serves as a key economic artery, facilitating transportation, agricultural and agro-industrial product delivery, and promoting national socio-economic development activities.
