មន្រ្តីជំនាញក្រសួងសាធារណការនិងដឹកជញ្ជូន បានចុះត្រួតពិនិត្យវឌ្ឍនភាពការងារសាងសង់ផ្លូវជាតិលេខ ១០ និងស្ពានខ្ពស់ជាងគេ ដើម្បីធានាគុណភាពមុនពេលបើកឱ្យប្រើប្រាស់ជាផ្លូវការ។ បេសកកម្មចុះពិនិត្យវឌ្ឍនភាពការងារសាងសង់ផ្លូវជាតិលេខ ១០ និងស្ពានខ្ពស់ជាងគេនេះ ដឹកនាំដោយ លោក ខាន់ ម៉ាណេរ រដ្ឋលេខាធិការ ក្រសួងសាធារណការ និងដឹកជញ្ជូន និងជានាយកគម្រោងសាងសង់ផ្លូវជាតិលេខ ១០។ ក្នុងដំណើរបេសកកកម្មចុះទៅពិនិត្យនេះ មន្រ្តីជំនាញក្រសួងសាធារណការនិងដឹកជញ្ជូន បានពិនិត្យមើលការងារដែលនៅសេសសល់មួយចំនួនរួមមាន៖ ការធ្វើតេស្តស្ពានវែង និងខ្ពស់បំផុត ដើម្បីពិនិត្យសមត្ថភាពទទួលបន្ទុករបស់ស្ពាន(Loading Test) ដោយធ្វើតេស្តបន្ទុកអចលនា (Static Loading Test) និងបន្ទុកចលនា (Dynamic Loading Test) ដោយប្រើប្រាស់រថយន្ត ៦ គ្រឿង (ក្នុង ១ គ្រឿងផ្ទុកទម្ងន់ ៣៥ តោន)។ បើតាមមន្រ្តីក្រសួងសាធារណគារនិងដឹកជញ្ជូណ បន្ទាប់ពីទទួលបានលទ្ធផលវិជ្ជមានក្រោយធ្វើតេស្តហើយ ស្ពាននេះនឹងបើកឱ្យប្រើប្រាស់យ៉ាងពេញលេញតែម្តង។ គម្រោងស្ថាបនាផ្លូវជាតិលេខ១០ តភ្ជាប់ពី សំឡូត -វាលវែង -កោះកុង សម្រេចបានលទ្ធផលជារួម ៩៨,១៦% គិតត្រឹមដំណាច់ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥។ ផ្លូវជាតិលេខ១០នេះ ជាប្រភេទផ្លូវ Grade III ក្រាលកៅស៊ូពីរស្រទាប់ (DBST) មានប្រវែងផ្លូវសរុប១៩៧,៣៦ គីឡូម៉ែត្រ និងទទឹង ៩ម៉ែត្រ។ គម្រោងសាងសង់ផ្លូវនេះមានរយៈពេល ៦៦ខែ និងបានចាប់ផ្ដើមសាងសង់ពីថ្ងៃទី១៨ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០១៩ មកហើយគ្រោងនឹងបញ្ចប់នាខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ ខាងមុខនេះ៕
