ជំនួបសម្តែងការគួរសមពីសំណាក់គណៈប្រតិភូយុវជនកម្ពុជា នៃសមាគមនាវាយុវជនអាស៊ីអាគ្នេយ៍ និងជប៉ុន (SSEAYP/SIC) Receiving a delegation from the Ship Southeast Asian Youth Program/ International Cambodia (SSEAYP/SIC) --- ថ្ងៃអង្គារ ៨រោច ខែភទ្របទ ឆ្នាំច សំរឹទ្ធិស័ក ព.ស.២៥៦២ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី២ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០១៨នៅទីស្ដីការក្រសួងសាធារណការ និងដឹកជញ្ជូន ឯកឧត្ដមទេសរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ស៊ុន ចាន់ថុល បានទទួលជួបសម្ដែងការគួរសមពីសំណាក់យុវជនកម្ពុជាចំនួន២៧រូប ដែលនឹងចូលរួមក្នុងកម្មវិធីនាវាយុវជនអាស៊ីអាគ្នេយ៍ប្រចាំឆ្នាំ។ យុវជនវ័យក្មេងទាំងនេះ ត្រូវបានជ្រើសរើសឱ្យចូលរួមក្នុង "កម្មវិធីនាវាយុវជនអាស៊ីអាគ្នេយ៍លើកទី៤៥" នៅក្នុងប្រទេសជប៉ុន ដែលនឹងប្រព្រឹត្តទៅចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទី២៣ ខែតុលា ដល់ថ្ងៃទី១២ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០១៨ ។ គោលបំណងនៃកម្មវិធីនេះគឺដើម្បីពង្រឹងទំនាក់ទំនង និងការស្វែងយល់ពីគ្នាទៅវិញទៅមករវាងយុវជននៃប្រទេសជប៉ុន និងយុវជននៃបណ្តាប្រទេសអាស៊ីអាគ្នេយ៍ទាំង១០ ពង្រីកទស្សនវិស័យ របស់ពួកគេចំពោះពិភពលោក និងលើសពីនេះទៀតដើម្បីពង្រឹងស្មារតីនៃកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិ និងជំនាញជាក់ស្តែងសម្រាប់កិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិ។ គោលបំណងទាំងនេះ អាចសម្រេចបានតាមរយៈការចូលរួមជីវភាពប្រចាំថ្ងៃរបស់ពួកគេនៅលើនាវា ការណែនាំអោយស្គាល់គ្នាទៅវិញទៅមកអំពីប្រទេសរបស់ពួកគេ ការចូលរួមការពិភាក្សានិងសកម្មភាពផ្លាស់ប្តូរជាច្រើនទៀតនៅពេលធ្វើដំណើរតាមនាវា និងតាមបណ្តាប្រទេសដែលពួកគេត្រូវទៅទស្សនា។ ជាមួយគ្នានេះដែរ ឯកឧត្តមទេសរដ្ឋមន្រ្តីបានជម្រាបជូនយុវជនទាំងនេះពីសមិទ្ធផលដែលសម្រេចបាន និងកំណែទម្រង់បន្តរបស់ក្រសួងសាធារណការ និងដឹកជញ្ជូនសម្រាប់អាណត្តិទី៦នេះ និងបានរំលឹកដល់យុវជនកម្ពុជាទាំងអស់ថា ពួកគេគឺជាឯកអគ្គរាជទូតសុច្ឆន្ទៈរបស់កម្ពុជា។ ឯកឧត្ដមទេសរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានផ្ដាំផ្ញើឱ្យពួកគេរក្សានូវអាកប្បកិរិយាល្អប្រកបដោយភាពវិជ្ជមានរបស់ខ្លួនចំពោះយុវជនដ៏ទៃទៀត ដើម្បីទទួលបានការគោរពស្រឡាញ់ ពីអ្នកទាំងនោះ និងសង្ឃឹមយ៉ាងមុតមាំថា ពួកគេនឹងណែនាំយុវជនដទៃទៀតបានស្គាល់នូវវប្បធម៌ កេរ្តិ៍ឈ្មោះ និងបេតិកភណ្ឌរបស់ប្រទេសកម្ពុជាផងដែរ។ ឯកឧត្ដមទេសរដ្ឋមន្រ្តីបានគួសបញ្ជាក់ថា នេះគឺជាឱកាសបង្កើតបណ្តាញទំនាក់ទំនងល្អមួយ ហើយសង្ឃឹមថាពួកគេនឹងបន្តរក្សា និងបង្កើតទំនាក់ទំនងមិត្តភាពយូរអង្វែងជាមួយយុវជនរួមដំណើរដទៃទៀត ក្នុងស្មារតីជាប្រទេសដែលស្ថិតនៅក្នុងតំបន់តែមួយ។ --- On October 02, 2018, H.E. Sun Chanthol, Senior Minister, Minister of Public Works and Transport, received a courtesy call from Cambodian youths that will participate in the annual Ship Southeast Asian Youth Program/International Cambodia. These young people were selected to join the "45th Ship for Southeast Asian Youth Program” in Japan, which will be take place from October 23th to December 12th, 2018. The aim of this Program is to promote friendship and mutual understanding among the youths of Japan and the ten Southeast Asian countries, to broaden their perspective of the world, and furthermore, to strengthen their spirit of international cooperation, and practical skills for international collaboration. These aims can be achieved through sharing their lives onboard the ship, introducing each other about their countries, and participating in discussions and various exchange activities both onboard and in the countries to be visited. As well as giving the group a briefing on the achievements and ongoing reforms conducted by the Ministry of Public Works and Transport for the 6th mandate, Senior Minister Sun reminded the students that they are Cambodia’s goodwill ambassadors. He asked that they maintain their best behavior and a positive attitude towards others so as to gain the respect of other participants. He hoped that they will introduce the other participants to Cambodia’s culture, reputation, and heritage. H.E Senior Minister pointed out that this is a wonderful networking opportunity and that he hopes that they will continue to keep in contact with, and develop, long lasting friendships with the other participants in the spirit of ASEAN brotherhood.
