The construction of third ring road was 90 percent compete and is scheduled to be completed in May, this according to the Ministry of Public Works and Transport, Sul Chanthol led the working group to inspect the progress of the construction yesterday. Senior Minister Sun Chanthol, said that the road has more than 50 kilometer long, 48 km of cement pavement and a five km stretch with asphalt paving. For the construction cost is $273 million. Chanthol confirmed that after the Ministry conducted quality tests in some places and found that the company did the right thing according to the technical standards, however, the Ministry will continue to monitor to ensure that the road is of good quality and durable.
