Kratie-Binh Yuong Friendship Bridge, known as Anden Daun Bridge, in Sangkat Krokor, Kratie City has officially been inaugurated to further ease the travel. Supported by the People’s Committee of Binh Yuong Province of Vietnam, the newly built concrete bridge was opened on April 6 under the presidency of Va Thorn, the Governor of Kratie and Nguyen Van Danh, Vice Chairman of Binh Yuong Provincial People’s Committee. The two senior officials believed that the bridge, which is 8.2-metre-wide and 36-metre-long, will ease transportation and travel, and promote tourism potential in the area. Governor Thorn thanked the Vietnamese side and spoke highly of the cooperation between Cambodia’s Kratie province and Vietnam’s Binh Yuong province, especially in economy, social affairs, and culture.
