The Techo Sen Institute of Public Works and Transport is working towards producing strong human resource for the future of the Kingdom.
The Institute’s director, Hoeun Samneang who chaired the first semester meeting with the management and professors yesterday said that there is a need to push the institute forward and set strategies to further strengthen the quality of education.
In commending the leaders and professors for their hard work, he added that while they have disciplined the students with a clear study schedule, good communication and internal unity, there is also a need to provide real skills and a wide range of knowledge to students.
To become a professional and gain clear experience with virtues, he said, there is a need for professional ethics to become a potential and strong human resource in the future.
From March 22, this year until now, the Institute which is under the Ministry of Public Works and Transport has received 191 first-generation students for its basic year classes with remote video lectures from the classrooms of the institute due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
