The General Inspectorate of the Ministry of Public Works and Transport
has the duty to :

carry out the permanent inspection on all the departments, divisions and state
enterprises under the Ministry.

report to the Minister the activities of the inspected offices and agencies under the
Ministry and recommend the means to ameliorate the functioning of those offices and
agencies.
-
execute the mission that the Minister entrusts to it.
The General Inspectorate is lead by an Inspector General who is assisted
by a Deputy - Inspector General.
